Deals 4 Brisbane will generally only refund the purchase price of a Deals 4 Brisbane “gift card” – the form of a credit to be used exclusively at deals4brisbane.com.au. If received within seven calendar days from the date of purchase. Exceptional circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the day we confirmed to you that you are entitled to a refund. The following are examples of our exceptional circumstances refund policy in action:
Merchant goes into liquidation. If you believe that a Merchant has gone into liquidation, simply let us know and we’ll look into it;
Merchant fails to provide the goods or services. Simply let us know and we’ll look into it;
Merchant does not have the capacity to fulfil the products or services within the validity period. If you contact the Merchant prior to the voucher expiration date for the purpose of making a booking, the Merchant must provide a reasonable choice of available times for you to book (either before or shortly after the voucher expiration date) and must then honour any agreed booking. If the Merchant fails to provide a reasonable choice of available times for you to book or fails to honour an agreed booking, we will provide your choice of a full refund or “gift card”;
Goods or services provided by the Merchant are not as advertised. If a Merchant fails to provide the goods or services as advertised by us, let us know and we’ll look into it. If we find that the Merchant has failed to provide the goods or services as advertised, that the Merchant has no reasonable grounds for its failure and that you did not accept alternative goods or services in exchange for your Voucher, we guarantee to provide your choice of a full refund or “gift card”;
Your product is damaged, defective is not to specification. If you purchase a product from us, and that product is damaged, defective or not to specification, simply let us know and we will arrange for return of the product to us. However, if we do not agree that the product is damaged, defective or not to specification, we will not issue a refund of the purchase price or a reimbursement of your postage costs. In such circumstances, we can return the product to you at your cost. We will notify you of the status of your refund request, and provide a return address for the product, via e-mail as quickly as possible.
Your product is not delivered on time, or at all. If you purchase a product from us, and that product is not delivered within the time stated in the Dispatch Confirmation, please let us know. If your product is not delivered at all, you will be entitled to a refund. However, please be aware that most cases of non-delivery are properly categorised as late delivery, and the arrangements outlined above will apply.
